This week is RELEASE WEEK for Taylored Expressions’ CLEARLY PLANNED line of stamps and accessories!  Woot!  For the next few days I’ll share some sneaks of these adorable new stamps – all of which will be available in their shop on Thursday!

Today, we’re kicking things off with a sneak of the CHEERY BANNERS stamp set.  This is a 3×4 Stamp Set with sweet little banners that are perfect for decorating your planners!

I found so many different uses for these beauties on my A5 layout this week. The first and most obvious way to use these banners is as… well… banners!  lol. I extended the flag banner to create a “weekend” header at the top of my layout.  I also used the patterned flag banner on Saturday to add a festive touch for an event. Coloring these in with a bit of colored pencil gives them tons of life!

I flipped the larger scalloped banner on its side and straightened it out to create a checklist for my To-Do’s… perfect!

I used the smaller scalloped banner draped across Wednesday to highlight a note I need to remember.  Again, a bit of pink colored pencil is a simple way to make these stamps pop!  I also straightened out the dotted banner into a line and stamped it repeatedly across the page to create a horizontal divider line.  I colored in the dots with a pale blue and it was a perfect little touch to section off my page!

I love that you can manipulate the curve and shape of these banners to suit your needs and match up with your column widths. With a bit of creativity, there are just so many ways to use these on your pages!
